   As I understand the "situation" Mr. Arnold Holliday, acting as the trustee of the Jane Holliday Trust served a summons to the Point Vivian Park Association, INC. claiming title to a piece of land described as "common" area, by Adverse Possession. Mr. Holliday's summons should have been to the deeded owners of the "Common Area" not the Point Vivian Park Association, Inc.

   I have not forfeited my Property Rights at Point Vivian to the Association or to anyone else nor do I presently intend to.

   The quoted fee of $25K to 40K for Mr. Russell to defend the Association against this Summons is clearly excessive and demonstrates his reluctance to represent the Point Vivian Park Association, Inc, in this matter in Court. I believe other options should be explored.

   This matter should be postponed until the other 39 members can meet and personally obtain details of this situation and resolve it thoughtfully.
